    I’m Mr New Man. Or, at least, I thought I was. You see, everything was planned out to the tiniest detail. From the scented candles on arrival right through to the lavender-spread duvet with the rose petals. How could my girlfriend NOT be impressed? The answer? The duvet. Life’s lesson today is to always check duvets to ensure that they are filled with something you are not sensitive to. My girlfriend was allergic to feathers.   How was I to know?
